Principal Attorney David T. Wang is an experienced and strategic advocate who has specialized in employment litigation his entire career. David also proactively advises employees to help them with any workplace issues they encounter. For all his clients, David is an advocate, partner, and coach to help them reach their goals quickly and efficiently.
David has been practicing labor and employment law since 2008. He began his career at Kamer Zucker Abbott, regularly ranked as the top labor and employment law firm in Nevada. There, he served clients in the hotel and gaming, high-tech, and healthcare industries. In 2010 he returned to his home state of California where he joined Jackson Lewis, widely recognized as one of the best labor and employment law firms in the United States. At Jackson Lewis, he successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, small startups and other clients with their litigation disputes and advice/counseling matters.
Prior to attending law school, David worked in the technology, media/entertainment, and banking industries. His pre-law business experience and education make him a more effective litigator and advocate because he has a deeper understanding of the business impact of legal decisions.

In this role he assists recent law school graduates and junior attorneys with professional development, job placement and career advice.
